On August 8 , the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety ( MFDS ) of South Korea issued Announcement No. 2023-368 , which intends to amend the "Regulations on Functional Labeling of Foods, etc. Not Considered as Improper Labeling or Advertising". The main contents are as follows:

　　It is clearly stipulated that for foods with hangover-related functions or advertisements for hangover functions, if the functional content reaches the standard and the content of functional ingredients, standard daily intake and warning statements are also marked, they can be deemed not to be illegal. Appropriate signage or advertising.
