Among them, the genetically modified corn DP910521 approved for use in food was developed by Corteva. By expressing Cry1B.34 protein and PAT protein, it has the characteristics of resistance to glufosinate and lepidopteran pests. It has been approved for use in food in Japan and Brazil, and in food and feed in the United States and Colombia. Subtilisin derived from genetically modified Bacillus subtilis was developed by Australian Denis and is mainly used for protein hydrolysis. 2'- fucosyllactose derived from genetically modified Corynebacterium glutamicum was developed by Advanced Protein Technology of the United States and is mainly used in infant formula products.
