According to the Official Journal of the European Union,2026January15,the European Commission issued Regulation (EU) 2026/92, which, in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003, approves the spore-forming preparation of Bacillus subtilisATCC PTA-6737 as a feed additive for laying hens, small poultry breeds, and other egg-laying/rearing poultry.

According to the conditions specified in the attachment, this additive is authorized as a category of animal additive "technical additives", functional group "intestinal flora stabilizer". The authorization expiration date is 2036 year2 month4 day. This regulation shall come into effect on the twenty-first day after the date of its issuance.
