According to the Official Journal of the European Union,on15January2026,the European Commission issued Regulation (EU)2026/91, which, in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003, approved the 6-phytase produced byCBS 126897as a feed additive for poultry, weaned pigs, fattening pigs, sows, companion birds, suckling pigs, and small ruminants.

　　According to the conditions specified in the attachment, this additive is authorized as a category of animal additive "technical additives", functional group "digestive enhancing agents". The authorization expiration date is 2036 year2 month4 day. This regulation shall come into effect on the twenty-first day from the date of its issuance.
