According to the Official Journal of the European Union, on September 5 , 2024 , the European Commission issued Regulation ( EU ) No. 2024/2197 . According to Regulation ( EC ) No. 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council , eggshell powder ( eggshell powder ) is not approved. as a basic substance. These Regulations shall take effect on the twentieth day from the date of promulgation.
