According to the Official Journal of the European Union, on September 3 , 2024 , the European Commission issued Regulation ( EU ) No. 2024/2180 , which approved an endo -1,4 in accordance with Regulation ( EC ) No. 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council. -β - xylanase , endo -1,4- β - glucanase and xyloglucan-specific endo - β -1,4- glucanase as feed additives for sows.

It is understood that this endo -1,4- β - xylanase, endo -1,4 -β - glucanase and xyloglucan-specific endo - β -1,4- glucan Carbohydrase is produced by Trichoderma citrinum DSM 33578 .

According to the conditions specified in the annex, this additive is authorized as an animal additive in the category "Technical Additive" and in the functional group "Digestive Enhancer". The authorization end date is September 23 , 2034 . These Regulations shall take effect on the twentieth day from the date of promulgation .
