    According to the Official Gazette of the European Union, on September 4 , 2024 , the European Commission issued Regulation ( EU ) No. 2024/2184 , in accordance with Regulation ( EC ) No. 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council, approving the NCAIM ( P) Fumonisin esterase produced by Y001485 is used as a feed additive for piglets and pigs for fattening of all Suidae species.

    According to the Official Gazette of the European Union, on September 4 , 2024 , the European Commission issued Regulation ( EU ) No. 2024/2185 , approving Bacillus subtilis FERM BP-07462 , in accordance with Regulation ( EC ) No. 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Enterococcus lactis FERM BP-10867 and Clostridium butyricum FERM BP-10866 preparations are used as feed additives for fattening poultry , poultry species raised for egg production / reproduction and ornamental birds .

    According to the Official Journal of the European Union, on September 3 , 2024 , the European Commission issued Regulation ( EU ) No. 2024/2177 , in accordance with Regulation ( EC ) No. 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council, approving 6- products produced by Aspergillus oryzae DSM 33737. Phytase is used as a feed additive for all poultry species used for fattening or rearing for egg production and reproduction, sows of all Suidae species and all finfish species.

    New progress has been made in research on in vitro digestion of starch from characteristic tropical crops

    Not long ago, the Processing and Engineering Technology Research Team of the Xiangyin Institute of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences made new progress in the research on the in vitro digestion mechanism of cassava, breadfruit and banana starch. This study investigated the effect of pectin on the inhibition of in vitro digestion of cassava, breadfruit and banana starch (type A/B/C ) by a flavonoid mixture (rutin - quercetin - kaempferol) . Through joint inhibition evaluation, inhibition kinetics, multi-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy and molecular docking, the mechanism of pectin's effect on the inhibition of α - glucosidase by flavonoid mixture was revealed, and the mechanism of synergistic starch digestion between pectin and flavonoids was clarified.
