According to the United States Federal Register,2025May5th,14th, the United States Environmental Protection Agency issued2025-08508Regulation, exemptingL-Arginine (L-Arginine) residues.

　　According to the regulation, whenL-arginine is used as an inert ingredient(protein stabilizer)for cucumber before flowering in the greenhouse, and the maximum residue concentration ≤1%, its residue limit is exempted.

This regulation shall take effect from2025May14, and any opposition or request for hearing shall be submitted at least2025July14 days in advance.
