The EU intends to revise the use of endothelium -1,4 - β - xylanase as food additives

 On December 11, 2024 , the European Food Safety Agency ( EFSA ) issued document 2024.9126 , intending to revise the maximum use of endocrine -1,4 - β -xylanase as a food additive in cereal baked products from the original 1.44mg/kg to 0.9435mg/kg .

  The document will take effect on the date of the official release of the EU Government Gazette.
