On October 17 , the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety ( MFDS ) of South Korea issued Notice No. 2024-63 to modify part of the "Low-Salt and Low-Sugar Labeling Standards". The main contents are as follows :

  Added applicable objects: Dry noodles, lunch boxes, burgers, sandwiches, and pizzas are added to the products applicable to the low-salt labeling standard; castella cakes, cupcakes, waffles, pies, and ice cream are added to the products applicable to the low-sugar labeling standard. , ice milk ( ice milk ), sherbet, ice fruit, coffee [ liquid coffee (only products containing dairy products) ] , lactic acid bacteria drinks.
