Rwanda issues standard draft for mayonnaise and food sauce mixture

2025Year5Month28DayRSB issued the draft egg yolk sauce standard(DRS370) and the draft standard for food seasoning mixtures(DRS 606).

The draft regulations the requirements, sampling and testing methods for full-fat / ordinary mayonnaise, reduced-fat / light mayonnaise and low-fat mayonnaise and food seasoning mixtures. The draft standard does not apply to RS 586 covered emulsions and dehydrated mixtures, bouillon powders and masala blends. The comment period is open until 2025 Six th of June 28.
