According to the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU), on April 25, 2024, the European Commission issued Regulation (EU) No 2024/1185 renewing the authorization of phosphoric acid (orthophosphoric acid) as a feed additive for all animals in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Under the conditions set out in the Annex, this additive is authorized as an animal additive in the category “technical additives” and in the functional group “preservatives”. The authorization expires on May 15, 2034. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day after the date of its publication.
