1.Scope of application: The Decree applies to the manufacture, composition and labelling of dairy products;
2.Product Definition and Standards: precise definitions of various dairy products are provided, along with the composition standards that they must meet(such as the fat content of fermented milk<8%, the fat content of fermented cream>8%,the specific raw milk content of cheese named with specific names(such as cheddar cheese)should not be less than75%etc);
3.Label regulations: clarify the naming rules for products, the mandatory fat content and other information, such as if the product uses non-dairy ingredients, the label must indicate the type of milk source(such as sheep milk);
4.Penalties:Provide for the penalties for violation of the provisions of this Decree.
