It stipulates the names, definitions, types and general requirements of condensed milk and milk powder, such as the milk powder content in condensed milk shall not exceed 25% of the total milk dry matter in the finished product, the moisture content in milk powder finished products shall not exceed 5% by weight, etc.

Label requirements: condensed milk must state "not suitable for12 months or younger infants", and for products with a net weight of less than20 grams in a multi-piece packaging, the product name must be displayed on each individual package, etc.

Ingredients allowed to be used in products. Lactose content in finished products, if added, shall not exceed0.03%(by weight);

The name of the product must be indicated according to the content of the fat and dry matter, etc.
