On September 10 , 2024 , the National Agricultural Food Hygiene and Quality Service of Argentina planned to revise the quality and safety registration regulations for plant product production enterprises . The consultation period is from September 10 to September 23 . Main content:

　　( 1 ) Scope and definition of application, applicable to all packaging, conditioning, operation, storage, refrigeration, freezing, crushing, grinding, drying, dehydration of fruits, vegetables, edible fungi, spices, etc.;

　　( 2 ) Enterprise registration requirements. Activities stipulated in these Regulations must be registered in the National Register of Plant Products Enterprises and the registration shall be renewed after the expiration of the period; the enterprise shall establish a traceability system and Good Manufacturing Practice ( GMP ) or Agricultural Practice ( GAP ); it shall be equipped with a quality certificate Responsible person; report adverse events as required;

　　( 3 ) Specific registration requirements for various plant products.
