QILIN PECTIN C7 is a purified low methoxyl pectin which is standardized with sugars.

Application

As a gelling agent, it is used in products with soluble solids content less than 50%.

We recommend dissolving pectin in water before addition to the final system.

This product complies with all criteria laid down by EU, FAO/WHO (JECFA) and FDA/FCC .
