According to the Official Journal of the European Union,onFebruary27,2026,the European Commission adopted Regulation (EU）2026/460), pursuant to Regulation (ECNo1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council, approving thiamine hydrochloride and thiamine nitrate as feed additives for all animals.

According to the conditions specified in the attachment, this additive is authorized as a feed additive belonging to the category of "nutritional additives", with the functional group of "vitamins, provitamins and chemically equivalent substances". The authorization expiry date is2036year3month19day. This regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day after its publication.
